The partner of the Legal Consulting Center David Chkonia participated in official trilateral visit in Germany in June 2014.
Visit was organized by Germany Government and Business Association. The visit was attended by the representatives of Georgian Employers’ Association, Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Protection of Georgia and
Georgian United Trade Confederation.
The aim of visit was to introduce the German system of the Labor Inspection and control of the labor safety rules in the companies. Visit was very interesting, important and plentiful. The participant agreed to
continue work on the system of Labor Inspection and appropriate draft law in Georgia.
