On March 17 2023 the partner and client of the „Legal Consulting Center” (LCC) development company „European Village” held a presentation of the international 5-star multifunctional hotel complexes – Wyndham Grand Residence Gonio, which combines three development projects and Wyndham Grand Gonio Hotel.
According to the projects, a new investment of more than 50 million dollars will be made in Adjara. The hotel complex in Gonio is one of the largest projects of the international brand Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Europe. The hotel complexes together with 1055 rooms will be located on 3 hectares and will have All Inclusive service. With the new investment, 1200 new jobs will be created, and after the opening of the hotel complex, 700 people will be employed.
The world’s leading international management company Aimbridge Hospitality will operate the hotel.
