On March 16, 2023, a Management and Service Agreement was signed between the client and partner of the „Legal Consulting Center” (LCC) „Elt Building” and the international management company „River Rock Hotels & Resorts”.Within the framework of the Agreement the company „River Rock Hotels & Resorts” provides the management of hotel apartments and Hotel „La Quinta By Wyndham Batumi”.
It is also significant to be noticed that this is the first project for „River Rock Hotels & Resorts” in Georgia, and „Elt Building” and its development projects were selected to start its business.
