On September 28, 2021, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, the Government of Adjara and our client company “Ambassador Group”.
According to the memorandum, “Ambassador Group” is starting implementation of the largest investment project, “Ambassador Island”, is underway in Batumi, which includes the creation of two ultra-modern artificial peninsulas, as well as one island and the arrangement of infrastructure on them. The project will build new modern standards, commercial, entertainment, sports, educational, health-improving, residential and tourist-recreational infrastructure.
During the implementation of this mentioned project, the legal interests of the “Ambassador Group” are fully endured by the law firm Legal Consulting Center (LCC).
