Signing of a Management Agreement between the Development Company European Village and the International Hotel Management Company Aimbridge Hospitality On July 4, 2024 the Management Agreement was signed between the Development Company “European Village” and the International Hotel Management Company Aimbridge Hospitality, regarding the management of “European Village’s” 5-star projects with All Inclusive services. The hotel complex unites 4 hotel complexes of different types and statuses, which have a unified infrastructure, with more than 90 infrastructure facilities. The hotel complex includes the following development projects:
- Wyndham Grand Residence Aqua;
- Wyndham Grand Residence Riviera;
- Wyndham Grand Residence Family Club;
- Wyndham Grand Residence Villas.
Accordingly, Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio includes four hotels of different formats –
with a total of 1055 rooms. The opening of the hotel complex will start gradually in 2024
and end in 2025. The investment volume of the project is 90 million dollars.
