In June 2018, Legal Consulting Center has signed the contract with Golden Group LLC in
order to provide the full legal service. The Golden Group represents the Israeli Business
Group, that is interested in arranging the Gaming Business activities in Georgia. Accordingly,
the main plan of the company is to open Casino in the Alliance Palace Complex (Courtyard
by Marriot Hotel Building). Casino is planned to be opened in June 2019.
