In August 2023 there have been made several important amendments and changes in Georgian legal acts. Among them should be mentioned Order №47/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia; Order №996 of the Minister of Finance of Georgia; The procedure for receiving continuing education in the direction of promoting the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
