In April 2018 there have been made several important amendments and changes in Georgian legal acts. Among them should be mentioned amendment in Order of the President of the National Bank of Georgia №65/04, according which commercial banks were put under restraint to grant loans without consumer’s substantial analysis of solvency.
Besides, there were made changes in the following acts: Georgian Tax Code, Georgian Parliament Decree and №162 Resolution of the Government of Georgia.
