Legal Consulting Center (LCC) in partnership with non-governmental organization ELSA (European Law Students Association) developed and organized the Law School Project in Corporate Law. Law School training-seminars lasted for 3 days, from 1 to 3 May 2015. Law School took place in Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
Parties want to express their thanks to the administration of the University for the cooperation in the Law School project.
Law School program considered the general introduction of the Corporate Law and corporate relationships, introduction of practice and practical company documents, management system etc.
The last day of school was dedicated to the introduction of practical cases, discussion of concrete situations, documents and case study.
LCC and ELSA planned next Law School which will take place in next month and the topic for the School will be Tax Law.
