On 20-23 March, 2019, with initiation and support of International Labor Organization (ILO) was held work visit of delegation of Territorial Tripartite Social Partnership Commission (TSPC) of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara in Hague, the Netherlands. The participants of the delegation were members of Government of Adjara, representatives of Professional Unions and Employers Sector. Davit Tchkonia, Director of LCC, who, at the same time, is the member of Territorial Tripartite Social Partnership Commission (TSPC) as the Head of Adjara Representation of Georgian Employers Association. The purpose of the visit was study and sharing of work-experience of Tripartite Social Partnership Commission (TSPC) of the Netherlands. The delegation closely got acquainted with the long-term experience and practical aspects of commission that will be used in future in the work of Tripartite Social Partnership Commission (TSPC) of Adjara.
Tripartite Social Partnership Commission (TSPC) acting in Adjara Region is completed with representatives of Adjara Government, Employers Association and Professional Union at its equal grounds. The commission is provided to develop social dialogue culture and promote settlement of any disputable matter through negotiations. The aim of commission is to regulate relationship between the employer and employee, keep employee’s rights, safety, participate into settlement of labor disputes and etc.
