In May 2024 there have been made several important amendments and changes in Georgian legal acts. Among them should be mentioned the Law of Georgia “on Licenses and Permits“; Maritime Code of Georgia; and Law of Georgia “on Facilitating the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism”.
